Signing up
If you have trouble signing up, make sure you check the following:
- All the fields have been filled out correctly.
- The email that you used is correct.
- If you have previously used this email in some other Yodeck Account (either as a primary email or an additional user), you can’t use it again in another Yodeck Account.
- The password you provide must be at least 6 characters long (any character will do, letters, symbols, numbers, or anything).
- Make sure you have checked the “I accept the Terms & Conditions” checkbox.
If the problem persists, try
- Hitting Ctrl+F5 in your browser to refresh the whole page
- Clearing your browser’s cache
- Rebooting your PC/Laptop or even using another PC/Laptop
Logging into your Yodeck Account
Make sure you check the following:
- If you keep getting a message that your credentials are wrong, try resetting your password
- If the problem persists, try
- Hitting Ctrl+F5 in your browser to refresh the whole page
- Clearing your browser’s cache
- Rebooting your PC/Laptop or even using another PC/Laptop
