Calendar Events Feed app
Stay organized and inform your audience with the Calendar Events Feed app on your digital signage screens. This app lets you display real-time updates on upcoming events, meetings, and important dates, ensuring everyone is up-to-date. By customizing your calendar display’s visual layout and design, you create an appealing and easy-to-read format that enhances organization. - Go to the apps tab.
- Select the calendar events feed app.
- Enter a name for the app.
- Optionally, provide a description.
- Click ‘add’ next to ‘calendar feeds’ to copy and paste your calendar ICS link. Enter a name for the calendar.
- To add more calendars, click ‘add’ again and repeat the process.
- Set the time frame for displaying events (daily, weekly, or monthly).
- To display only a certain number of events, toggle this option on and specify the number.
- Toggle on to hide past events so that they disappear once they have passed.
- Set how often you want the calendar to refresh and update.
- Personalize the style and format settings by choosing the color theme, font, date format, and optionally hiding the calendar name.
- Set the default duration for how long the app will appear in a playlist.
- Leave ‘availability’ unticked if you don’t want to schedule the app.
- To schedule the app, toggle on availability and set the start and expiration dates.
- Click save to finalize, and your app will be ready to use.
